Appointment data you enter is stored in the Aimedis platform database to provide the booking service, and is visible to you and the practice you book with. We keep it to the minimum needed for scheduling and never place your name or reason for the visit in links, calendar files or activity logs. The full privacy statement, including the controller and your rights under Articles 13 to 22 GDPR, is published before general availability after legal review. This build is a pilot and is not yet certified for regulated clinical use.
